Partnership In Action

At Evista, positively affecting our community is a fundamental part of what we do. We believe that a truly successful business fosters an organizational culture that recognizes the responsibility we have as a group, and as individuals, to the communities that we serve and live in. With this in mind Evista has established an official partnership with the Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) organization throughout Southern California.

	TWO-FOLD PARTNERSHIP: Evista employees are given paid time to participate in long or short term programs developed by their local BBBS. In addition to discretionary contributions throughout the year, Evista donates five dollars to BBBS for each job set up through the online portal.				Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United States. They have been the leader in one-to-one youth service for more than a century, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people. www.bbbs.org
