What is your coverage area?


We cover all of Southern California. Plans are in motion to service Northern California beginning in 2012.

Does Evista provide after hours and weekend service?


Yes. We have an after-hours team. Just call us when you need us!

What are your laboratory results turn-around times?


You have the option of same day, next day, and 2nd business day results. Special types of analysis may require more time.

Are my reports and the information gathered from the inspection confidential?


Yes, we do not share the information with anyone but you, unless you grant us permission to do so.

Up to what year built should I test for asbestos and lead based paint?


If you don’t know exactly what the content of the material is, have it tested. Most of our regular clients test all properties built prior to 1990.
